“One of my insecurities when I work out is how red I get.”

It might sound silly, but it’s not.Because it’s not just the color — it’s the feeling of being watched, judged, exposed.

Many of us don’t fear the workout itself — we fear being seen.Sweating, breathing hard, turning red.As if exercising only counts if you look flawless and effortless.

But turning red is normal. It’s health. It’s your body doing exactly what it’s supposed to.The insecurity only appears because someone, at some point, laughed or stared.Because we live in a culture that turns natural things into something to hide.

So if you get red too:You’re not alone. You’re alive, strong, and doing something for yourself. And that’s beautiful — even if no one tells you.
